Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
- For perishable or refrigerated goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have any concerns.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund or exchange requests.

Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, you’ll receive your refund via your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Products purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable
- Perishable goods reported beyond the 24-hour period after delivery
